Joe McGeehin leads strategic initiatives at Bridgewater Associates, a global investment management firm.

Prior to Bridgewater, Joe was appointed by the Obama Administration as a White House Fellow, serving from 2016 to 2017 in the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and the White House Office of American Innovation. Previously, he worked at Morgan Stanley as Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO after joining the firm’s mergers and acquisitions department following graduate school.

Joe received an AB in History with honors from Harvard College and a JD/MBA with distinction from New York University. He is admitted to the New York and Massachusetts bars, a CFA charterholder, and a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He also serves as an independent director of Husco, a manufacturer of high-performance components for automotive and off-highway applications.
