Elizabeth serves as Program Manager at Generation Citizen as a part of the Mid-Atlantic Team. Prior to her role with Generation Citizen, Elizabeth taught high school and middle school history and humanities. She enjoyed working with students in Virginia and Brooklyn, teaching history as a living, breathing root cause of today’s issues and joys, and empowering young people to have agency in their communities.

She holds a BA in History and Masters of Teaching from the University of Virginia. Elizabeth resides in Port Chester, NY, and in her free time enjoys yoga, wandering around museums, and trying out new restaurants and cuisines.
