As the Development Manager, Jessica serves as the lead creator of content and events for major donors, as well as the lead grant writer on major institutional grants in key markets. Additionally, Jessica maintains the operational systems that support grant writing, tracking of grant applications, provides strategic thought partnership to Regional Executive Directors, and develops strategies for fundraising in key and emerging markets.

Prior to GC, Jessica spent more than a decade at a top-tier private school in Los Angeles, CA focusing on fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship, grant writing, and database management. Jessica played an integral role in exceeding fundraising goals for both a multi-year Capital Campaign and Endowment Campaign.

Jessica is a lover of all things active and outdoors. Running, cycling, backpacking, and yoga are a few of her favorite activities. Jessica is an avid traveler, having been to more than 40 countries. She is also an endurance athlete, having completed two Ironman triathlons, over a dozen marathons, and a 100k trail race. She lives outside Los Angeles, CA with her rescue dog, Cal.
